Kevin started inside government — having spent 15 years with the State of Ohio — where he saw firsthand how policy decisions get made, how legacy systems constrain them, and how much institutional knowledge lives in people's heads instead of in systems. He carried that understanding into Salesforce, where he spent seven years leading Customer Success for state and local government, and then into founding Aimpoint, a Salesforce consulting partner focused exclusively on state and local government.

Every stop reinforced the same gap: government needs a decision layer that is governed, auditable, and built for how agencies actually work. LexiPoint is the product of that career.
